I was watching some history on TV and listening to people discussing 1963-11-22 and it occurred to me that 2001-09-11 was less of a Pearl Harbor and more of a Kennedy Assassination.

Followthrough on that metaphor means that we go get the guy who did it, not get into a big war. (duh, like we've been saying all along)
