Gratitude

queen_of_wands introduced me to something she calls the Gratitude Project, and she'd use other words, but I think the gist of it is to remind yourself of something good in the universe every day in August and share that goodness with the people around you. I've been unduly cranky and cynical lately, so here goes something to be a little antidote to that.

So, I'd like to give a shout out to Technology. I may gripe and kvetch about lots of little annoying parts of it here and there, but really, it's because I love it enough to expect so much of it. It is my medium. Without all this computer stuff around everywhere my life would be drastically different, maybe in a line of work that doesn't fit me as well. I wouldn't have been able to make a lot of the neat computery things I have made. It really is pretty awesome to have all these things to play with.
