My laptop is a 2.5 year old 2.3 GHz MacBookPro. It feels old. I sometimes want the new shiny machines, but the best thing out there for me right now would be only 2.4 GHz and have a smaller screen. I want the old pace of improvement back. :-P

Both old and new machines would be dual core intel. The new machine would have faster ram and video. Ho hum. Maybe one or two revisions into the future will be enough better to bother with.

Yeah, what with iPod and iPhone, Apple's been neglecting its computer line. I'm waiting for Snow Leopard to come out, then my G5 gets the boot.
