Another saturday another Peace March. This one was about as big as it was for the last two weeks. Even though we didn't have a permit for a street march, the police were blocking off traffic for two blocks of State Street as the march moved. I didn't see it but I heard that some people were making their protest by lying down in the street (and somehow in a way not in conflict with traffic laws).

I cancelled my subscription to Yahoo Personals- because they suck. For further justification, after 7 months there, I haven't met in person anyone through that system. I recommend the personals system available through salon.com or theonion.com. Now the debate is: which, if any, other system should I try? match.com seems too expensive, but seems to have a large number of people in it. OR, be more passive and not try any such thing. bleh
