(no subject)

Over the years I have come to an understanding of the word "God". I can have a conversation with someone who fervently uses the word "God" and I will use the word myself and we will agree on many things. But I will be stumped if you ask me to explain my concept of God.

I cannot answer the question "Who Are You?". Who I am cannot be communicated by written or spoken word or even artistic expression. I cannot tell you who I am, I can only tell you about who I am.

In the same way I cannot tell you what God is, I can only talk about God. God is too big for any of our methods of communication and probably too big for any of our modes of thought. But, we can still talk, and think, about God. And it must be a pretty natural thing to do, since many people do, often, taking up a lot of time. Hopefully it's time well spent, to better understand and broaden our minds towards all that Is.
