I drove from 7:30am to 10:30 pm today. Then, like the sucker I am, I went 
dancing. Yeah, 15 hours of driving from my parents' house in Los Alamos, 
NM back to Santa Barbara, CA. 1000 miles. Oh, and no cruise control. My 
right foot is pretty sore from holding the gas in position for so long. I 
feel like I'm still vibrating all over from the engine and the road. It 
will pass. And then I'll go dancing again Saturday night and Sunday night.
And I didn't eat anything from noon to midnight. Weird, totally focused 
state of driving for that time. And I need to get my car fixed so it's 
safe to use cruise control again and so it doesn't suck going up hills.
