Condo Snafu #5: Internet

I seem to have moved into some telecommunications wasteland where neither RCN (my current ISP) nor Verizoff offer internet service. Comcast will give me worse service than I get now for $70/mo vs my current $40/mo.
Anyone have other options I should know about?

Telco options in your neighborhood seem to suck. That's really too bad. :( Where'd you find service for $40?

In my experience, Comcast is the best Internet service in most of New England, as long as you don't need a fixed static IP at home. Fastest, and most trouble-free. I know it's very different in other parts of the country.
