Ever heard of the "Second System Syndrome"? After finishing the first one
and getting it right, the creator is so emboldened that they get mired
down in over designing the second system and it turns into a colossal
mess. Now imagine space travel and humanity's second attempt at running a
planet. That'll be fun.

Babylon 5 is great. About every 1-2 years I want to watch the whole series
again. This time on DVD. Yay!
